PEPEK THE ASSASSIN

Hey Hey! I decided to publish my Pepek stuff with Lulu. They did a really nice job with it (there are a couple of typo's, but that's my bad). If you want a preview, go to Lulu.com and write Pepek in the search box. If you want to buy a copy, you can do it there as well! Let me know what you think! Write a REVIEW!

BTW, It's dedicated to: The Poets Who Blog! That's YOU! ...sorry you can't read the back cover here--it says nice things....

Oh my gosh! Wow! I want one!

re: your name in participants, I will email ...deb, she'll know how to fix it!

Do you know that you were one of my first ever blogging friends? Your kindness kept me going, week after week! Thanks!

Thanks, jilly. But, you already knew you were good! Are good!

If you do get one, let me know what you think? Sorry I made such a mess on Read.Write.Poem. I'd remove them if I knew how....

Hey Joyce,

Your blog is back up. Now what's the thing with the comments?

PS - the volume on your audio is a tiny bit loud. I ususally mute when I come here now...just thought I'd tell you.:-)

PPS - Good luck with Lulu...I just saw a post somewhere (my aging mind can't tell me where now - but I think it was mainstream media) that talked up this kind of thing!

Ok. Now I see all four...I can delete one or two or ? But don't worry about it. We all love you. You can comment ten times :-)

Seriosuly, what did you want to say? Or link?

...deb, I am really sorry about the sound on that thing. I tried to take it off, and couldn't. I think I will just take the whole post down. I had to turn my own speakers off....

Pepek the Assassin is the story of A Czech immigrant's journey to forgiveness. He is my alter-ego, sort of. Just leave up whatever you want, or delete them all, and I will start over.

Lulu has been fun. I did this mostly for my kids. They print up as few or as many copies as you want. Then I thought maybe some one here might like to see it. It's inexpensive--that's just what it costs them to print it. And I had fun putting it together.

Tsmmy, this might be a fun thing for you to do with your stuff, too. They do a really nice job--various types of bindings, both soft and hard cover, will do photos, etc. Not expensive. And they will print as many or as few as you like. They will also market them on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, etc even around the world. But I don't think I want to do that. (At least not until I fix those three typos)! lol

There. Y'all can come back now--the noise is gone.

Congrats Pepek! What a great thing, to see all that creative effort all neatly bound up in a form that's so easy to share! Aren't books awesome? Although I imagine you would have enough poems to fill several books.

Good for you. This gives me some courage. I've been gathering and gathering and deciding and undeciding. You give me hope. If I can just find a way to use the word "change" I'll sound like a presidential candidate!
