AS #7

My friend from down under, Chiefbiscuit, says that the matching chapter and verse in the BOOK OF PROVERBS of the date you were born is often meaningful in your life. So, being born on the 15th day of the month, I looked up Chapter 15, verse 15, which says: All the days of the afflicted are evil: but he that is of a merry heart hath a continual feast. So, I am going to use this for my AS #7 (even if it is one syllable short and starts with a conjunction--is "but" a conjunction? I forget).

But he that is of a merry heart hath a continual feast.

okay, so:
svelte and burning in hell
or fat and wearing clouds like inner tubes.

Endment--thank you!

Ren.kat--I particularly like the part about the continual feast. So: probably rat and wearing clouds like inner tubes! Book is Proverbs. I can't believe I forgot that. I will fix it right now.

chief--yes. But especially the part about the continual feast....

btw, rat=fat. My son Pix set this stuff so small I can't see what I'm doing. Besides being fat and merry, I am also half-blind.

There needs be a comma after But,.
Otherwise subtitute the word, However,.
The sentiment sounds good though. I will think about looking up my dates.

OMG, I didn't mean to call you ren.fat, either! Honest!

slick, you are truly a child of my heart (among other body parts)!

I don't agree that existence is merely to be "tolerated" or that literature is the only way to do so, but I thought it was an interesting counterpart to the "continual feast" quote. Which it wouldn't be if it wasn't a little over the top.

Existence is better celebrated! Wanna feast?
