Some Things Are Not What They Seem...

Are square A and square B the same color? Trust me. They are! This illusion (called,
appropriately, the Same Color Illusion) shows that some scientific observations, even seemingly direct visual observation, may be inaccurate.

So there! (Well, we are only human....)

This is messing with my head, even after visiting the wikipedia entry. Still, my head is being messed with. Ugh.

Go to the wikipedia entry, they have a version with the blocks connected to prove they are the same color. Put your finger over the bridge connecting the blocks. They "turn" from the same color to different colors. Pretty cool.
