(Good advice given to my daughter-in-law by her sweet mother, who got it from her father. So, what is your take on this old Philippino proverb?)

My mother was afraid that I would run off and paint flowers on my cheeks and live in a commune, and grow vegetables. I once smoked pot. ONE TIME. 10. I don't drink or smoke. (Or swear, much. Well, I drink milk, and water, and orange juice, and stuff. Cocoa. I love Pepsi.) 11. Most of my friends are invisible. 12. I am a poet and a writer. All of my writing on these pages is copyrighted. Borrowing (without acknowledgment) is a sin.

How could anyone shoot a bird while its doing what we would LOVE to be doing!!! hehe Guess what I got today(Thursday) which is really Friday NOW!!! I was soOOOoo surprised and touched by this!!! I haven't had time to read anything yet, just your flying tale!!! THANK YOU!!!!(and I remember your comment to me a while back when I said I would like to write a book, YOU said, Do It!!!)
Yes. Destroying its natural great art and freedom as it's displaying them...
It strikes me that's like spitting in the face of deity.
Like killing a mother mouse in the middle of giving birth.
